The response from participants and clinic staff was overwhelmingly positive. It became clear that these creative spaces were deeply needed, and that our work had only just begun.

Later that year, we officially became a non-profit organization. Since then, we’ve expanded our arts and crafts workshops to new sites across Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, offering more opportunities for connection and creativity.

As we continue to grow, we remain guided by our belief that creativity can build community and nurture wellbeing. We’re committed to expanding access to the arts, fostering belonging, and supporting the resilience and self-expression of women and gender-diverse folks in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside.
